For me, 30A has never just been a place—it's a way of living.
It's where mornings begin with a walk on the beach before the world wakes up. It's paddleboarding across a coastal dune lake as the sun sets over the Gulf. It's grabbing coffee at Kith + Kin, meeting friends for lunch at local favorites, wandering through Rosemary Beach or Alys Beach for inspiration, and ending the day barefoot in Grayton Beach, Blue Mountain Beach, or Dune Allen—places that still feel authentic, relaxed, and deeply connected to what makes this community special.
One of the things I love most about 30A is that success isn't something people feel the need to display. It's a place where you'll find old trucks parked next to beautiful homes, vintage cars admired more than exotic ones, neighbors waving from golf carts, and families gathering to watch another unforgettable sunset. Around here, life isn't measured by what you own—it's measured by how well you live.
That's the perspective I bring to real estate.
Over the past 15 years, I've had the privilege of helping families buy, sell, and invest along the Emerald Coast. I've owned, operated, and led multiple real estate companies throughout my career, but what has always mattered most to me is people. I genuinely love learning my clients' stories, understanding what matters to them, and helping them find a place where their family can build memories for years to come. Many clients become lifelong friends, and that's exactly how I hope every relationship ends.
I'm the founder of Live 30A Real Estate Company, a boutique brokerage built around hospitality, thoughtful guidance, and serving people well. We're intentionally building something different—a company where relationships matter more than transactions, where local knowledge is paired with genuine care, and where our team is committed to helping clients make wise, confident decisions without pressure.
Outside of real estate, my greatest joy is spending time with my wife, our son Hanson, and our dog, Foxy. We love traveling, exploring new places, and chasing adventure together, but 30A will always be home. Before real estate, I spent years serving in ministry as both a missionary and youth pastor. That foundation continues to shape how I lead, how I serve, and how I approach both business and life. Our faith in Jesus reminds us that every person has value, every relationship matters, and every opportunity is a chance to serve others well.
